The department specialises in the integration of business processes, practises, emerging tools and techniques in the analysis, design, development, incubation, transfer and commercialisation of e-commerce turnkey solutions. We envisage the transformation of Zimbabwe into an e-commerce authority that competently thrives within an increasingly networked and global environment. The department offers e-commerce consultancy services and nurtures e-commerce technocrats and innovators. The daily operations of the department are rooted in but not limited to the following strands/pillars: website engineering, e-security, mobile technology, corporate and cyber law, cyber taxation, e-business, e-governance and e-marketing.
