Certificates

Certificates are issued to graduates who do not owe the Institute. Certificates are issued upon production of valid identification documents. Certificates may also be collected by a third party on behalf of a graduate. This is only done with written authorization in the form of an affidavit along with appropriate identification for both the graduate and the third party collecting the certificate on behalf of the graduate.

If a certificate has been lost or damaged, the Institute shall not issue any replacement certificate. Only a confirmation will be issued indicating the original certificate serial number, degree awarded, degree class and date of graduation.
