The Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) took part in the Emmanuel High School’s Career Fair on May 31, 2024, in Glaudina, Harare.

The fair aimed to give students the chance to explore different career paths, connect with potential employers, and gain insights into the job market.

Various organizations from different sectors participated, providing students with networking opportunities and information on job opportunities, undergraduate programs, apprenticeships, and internships.

HIT had a significant presence at the fair, showcasing its academic programmes and research initiatives. The Institute’s representatives engaged with students, sharing experiences and providing guidance on career choices, especially in the fields of engineering, technology, science, entrepreneurship and business management. The importance of STEM, Heritage -Based education and the career opportunities available in these fields were emphasized.
