On May 28th, 2024, the Department of Library and Information Science at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) organised an educational tour of the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) Library for its students and staff.

The tour’s purpose was to familiarise students with different types of libraries and information centres, to help them learn about the latest trends in enhancing information access and dissemination, and to provide them with an opportunity to interact and learn from library professionals.

The group included 33 students and 2 lecturers.
