The Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance has thanked the HIT Vice Chancellor, Dr Eng. Quinton Chamunorwa Kanhukamwe for his participation in the “Potential of Russia – African Exports in the Face of New Challenges “session during the Second Russia – Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum held in St. Petersburg in July 2023.
In his letter of appreciation to the HIT Vice Chancellor, the EXIAR Chief Executive Nikita Gusakov said they were honoured to welcome Dr Eng. Q.C Kanhukamwe was among the speakers at the business forum. “On behalf of all the participants and the audience, let me assure you that the importance of paying proper attention to the education matters that you raised in your speech was duly noted. We truly appreciate that your presence on the panel widened the scope of all the issues discussed.”
“I hope that cooperation in education will become a significant part of the relationship between our two countries,” said Mr Gusakov.
Vice Chancellor Kanhukamwe was part of the Zimbabwean delegation that accompanied His Excellency, President Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa to St. Petersburg for the Second Russia-Africa Summit and Economic Forum that was held on July 27-28, under the motto “For Peace, Security and Development”.
