HIT Vice Chancellor Dr Engr Quinton Chamunorwa Kanhukamwe was recently awarded the title of Honourary Graduate of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in the Russian Federation on 27 July 2023.

Dr Engr Kanhukamwe was awarded the title for outstanding achievements in professional, political and social activities and contribution to the development of the University’s reputation at the Russian Federation and international level.

The title was granted according to the decision of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University on the 3rd of July 2023, Protocol Number 8.

The Chairman of the Academic Council, Rector and Academician of RAS, Andrei Rudskoi signed the award certificate.

The HIT Vice Chancellor is an alumnus of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University’s Faculty of Technology and Materials Science.
