HIT SCOOPS ZIM CEO LEADERSHIP AWARDS

The Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) received two Platinum and a Gold award at the Zim CEO Leadership Awards held on the 30th of June 2023 in Harare.
The University was awarded the prestigious Platinum award for being an Outstanding State University exuding amazing professional academic dexterity. This acknowledges its remarkable academic prowess and commitment to providing high-quality education.
HIT Vice Chancellor, Dr Engineer Quinton Kanhukamwe, was also honoured with a Platinum award for his exceptional leadership skills.
Additionally, Dr Engineer Talon Garikayi, the University’s Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation and Commercialization, received a Gold award for his contributions to managing and maintaining the university’s research and innovation operations.
The Zimbabwe CEO Awards aim to acknowledge excellence, professionalism, and leadership accomplishments in Zimbabwe, including in the non-profit sector, and recognize brands and leaders making a positive impact on the country’s economy.
