Mr. Macdonald Nhakura brings over 20 years of diverse experience in librarianship, having worked across academic, public, school, and private libraries. He rose through the ranks in his profession as a librarian to become the President of Zimbabwe Library Association. He is a strategic thinker in library and information science who has led to the establishment of many libraries in Zimbabwe thereby demonstrating exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills, and resource mobilization capabilities. As a knowledge management professional, Mr. Nhakura excels in strategic planning and execution, bolstered by strong analytical, presentation, and creative skills. His keen business awareness further enhances his ability to activate and promote library brands effectively.
