BTech (Hons) Polymer Technology and Engineering

The programe is designed to give broad knowledge of Polymer Science, Polymer Technology and Polymer Engineering underpinned by the fundamental principles of Polymer Science. The programme emphasizes on giving knowledge of Polymer technologies, to the extent of imparting skills of processing, tool and plant design as well as polymer product development. Graduates will have skills that enable problem analysis and resolving within the scope of creating innovative technologies for polymer processing. The main strands of the programme are:

Entry Qualifications

Entry requirements for acceptance to this programme are:

At least 2 'A' Level passes in Chemistry and either Mathematics or Physics


National Diploma (ND) in Polymer Science/ Technology or its equivalent.


Candidates must have 5 'O' Level passes at Grade 'C' or better with passes in Mathematics, English and Science.
